Since 1973, United Way of Horry County has excelled at forging relationships, finding solutions, and mobilizing resources to unite our community. No other organization has the scope and expertise to unite and mobilize hundreds of human services agencies, businesses, community organizations, government, volunteers, and private foundations around a common vision for the common good.

SB365 is an exclusive network of small businesses that support United Way of Horry County. These businesses are making a daily impact on the health, education, and financial stability in Horry County. This new Affinity Group makes giving back easier, rewarding, and affordable. Small businesses play a critical role in maintaining our local economy. By giving back, small businesses also have the power to enable long-lasting change.

Joining SB365 shows that you support strategically funded and vetted local programs addressing access to health, education, and financial stability. Customers will see that your business cares about making an impact to improve the quality of life in Horry County. You have more impact to create more long-term social change. Your business will also receive market-specific emails from United Way of Horry County and networking opportunities with other SB365 members.

For an annual gift of at least $365, or a dollar a day, small businesses (50 employees or less) can become members of the SB365 affinity group. Members can contribute through:

• A direct owner contribution (one-time payment or quarterly billing)
• Encouraging staff and customers to contribute and match the owner contribution
• Host a fundraising event such as an in-store benefit or percent night
• Sales promotion with proceeds benefiting United Way of Horry County
• Sponsor a United Way of Horry County event or program

SB365 Membership Benefit ($365-$999)

Being a member of SB365 means businesses receive an entry-level benefits package including but not limited to:

• Public recognition through United Way of Horry County social media
• Company name on the United Way of Horry County website
• Monthly UWHC Newsletter with a special acknowledgment the month you sign up
• SB365 Window Decal

SB365 Membership Gold Benefit ($1000+)

SB365 Gold members will receive all perks for a regular SB365 member and the following:

• Your business link on United Way of Horry County’s website
