Ready, Set Kindergarten is a free pilot event sponsored by HTC for preschool children who will enter kindergarten at Conway Elementary School.

During this one hour “Day in Kindergarten” experience, children and their caregivers will:

• Explore a real kindergarten classroom
• Take part in play-based learning activities
• Practice routines like lining up, circle time, and center time
• Learn simple strategies to get ready for kindergarten at home

Families will leave with resources, a book, and tools to help their child feel confident and excited about the first day of school.

Location: Conway Elementary School
Audience: Preschoolers who are rising kindergarteners at Conway Elementary and their caregivers
Cost: FREE
Space: Limited to 15 families per session
