Guided by a vision of an equitable community where opportunity is not limited and every resident can reach their full potential, UWHC unites people, ideas, and resources to drive measurable impact

UWHC focuses on four key areas: Youth Opportunity, Healthy Community, Financial Security, and Community Resiliency. Through initiatives such as Mission Ready, Breaking Barriers, and THRIVE, the organization invests in early education, mental and behavioral health access, financial stability, and disaster response and basic needs support, with a strong emphasis on ALICE households.

As a community convener and backbone organization, United Way aligns partners, leverages data, and uses a results based framework to ensure that efforts are collaborative, accountable, and focused on lasting change.
