United Way of Horry County partners with local businesses, individuals, government and nonprofits.
United Way of Horry County partners with local businesses, individuals, government and nonprofits in a community-wide effort to address the human care needs of our community.
By committing to conduct a workplace campaign, you join more than 200 local organizations that support the annual fundraising effort. Last year, more than 3,800 donors invested in our community through their United Way workplace campaign.
A United Way workplace campaign allows you to support our entire community. Your employees receive valuable information about the needs in Horry County and can easily help address those needs with a generous gift utilizing the convenience of payroll deduction.
Organizations of any size can participate. Your organization is also given the opportunity to be recognized among other leading community organizations throughout Horry County.
UWHC can create a custom, online form for employees to submit whether they decide to give a one time gift or if they opt-in for payroll deduction. The online form would feature your company’s logo and can be customized to include details such as employee identification numbers and departments. UWHC wants to make the process as easy as possible for you and your staff to give back. UWHC can also send workplace campaign coordinators prewritten scripts, reports, and graphics to share with employees. For our digital workplace toolkit, visit our Workplace Campaign Toolkit page.
