Horry County Community Collaborative

The Horry County Community Collaborative (HC3) is a partnership of more than 75 community organizations including nonprofits, government agencies, hospitals, and more, united by a shared vision: to ensure that all Horry County residents have equitable opportunities to improve their quality of life.

HC3 convenes monthly either as a full collaborative or in one of three working groups to strengthen collaboration, share resources, and make a lasting impact across Horry County.

Full meetings for the collaborative are currently held on the last Wednesday of every other month, starting at 9 am at the Horry County Adult Education Center on Oak Street.

The purpose of Healthy People Healthy Carolinas is to help communities in North Carolina and South Carolina address chronic health issues such as obesity, diabetes, and heart disease.
