You can help build a stronger future for Horry County.
The Problem: A staggering 73% of children in Horry County begin Kindergarten before they’re ready. Meaning, only 27% of our kids are developmentally ready to start engaging in formal education.
The Solution & Goal: Reach 450 children this summer (ages 0-4) with weekly brain-boosting tips for parents through The Basics™ Waccamaw program at our Community Baby Shower: a resource fair full of giveaways, connection to local family resources and kid friendly activities!
